SMS Terms

When you tick "Text me about this request" on geccrew.com, or ask us by text or phone to text you, you agree to receive text messages from Gig Economy Crew about your service.

What we send

• Confirmation that we received your request, and confirmation of the time.
• A reminder the day before.
• "On our way" when the crew is heading to you.
• A short "how did we do?" after the job.
• Replies to anything you text us.

Message frequency depends on your jobs — typically 3 to 5 messages per visit. We do not send marketing texts.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email book@geccrew.com. If you opt out, we will confirm jobs by email or phone instead.

Cost and carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number is used only to send these messages. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
